Every site is full hook-up with electric, water, and sewer — plus award-winning spring water straight from the mountain. Spread out on one of our extra-large lots (pull-throughs up to 60’×35′, back-ins up to 115′ long), big-rig friendly and roomy enough for the whole crew. When you’re ready to unwind, our brand-new private bathrooms, clubhouse, and on-site laundromat mean you never have to sacrifice comfort for adventure.
Explore Capitol Reef National Park just 6 minutes away, hit the Boulder Mountain ATV trails, cast a line, or simply stay put and let the dark sky do the talking — we’re in a designated Dark Sky area, and the stargazing here has to be seen to be believed. Dogs welcome, groups and family reunions happily accommodated.
Nightly rates: $55-65 + tax
Weekly rate: $300 + tax
Monthly rate: $1000 + tax

Before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to
10 a.m. if staying an extra night.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before reservation date for RVs and 5 days for A-frames. Refund will be issued with a $10/night cancellation fee. Failure to cancel will result in 100% of reservation fee forfeit for ENTIRE reservation.

Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.
