Booking With Capitol Reef

Check-in

RV sites: 2 PM on the day of arrival. A-frame cabins and Conestoga wagon:  4 PM. $10 early check-in fee. 

Check-out

11 AM on the day of departure for all stays. Please make arrangements prior to 10 AM if staying an extra night.  $25 late check out fee. 

Cancellation Policy:

RV sites: $10 per night cancellation fee. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival.

A-frame cabins and Conestoga wagons: $25 per night cancellation fee. No refund for cancellations within five days of arrival.

We allow fires in designated firepits

• Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted.
• Do not put hot coals in garbage containers.
• Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.
• We reserve the right to suspend fires if local guidelines limit due to drought.

Quiet Hours

10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Children

Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.

Group discounts available if booking more than 10 sites. Please contact us for more details.

Fires allowed

• we reserve the right to not allow fire during drought conditions

Tables:

Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite.

RV Guests:

• Maximum 6 guests/site(adults + children)
• Large area outdoor rugs allowed on campsites. A small mat (24″ x 24″ maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs.
• Tents are allowed on RV sites.
• If you would like to host a larger gathering, please reach out to us and we may be able to accommodate.

Vehicles:

• Limit 2 vehicles and 1 dwelling unit (i.e. Travel Trailer, Motorhome, Fifth Wheel, or Campervan) per RV Site.  If you have additional vehicles we can accomodate in overflow parking for a fee.
• Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s).
• We have overflow parking available in our facility, $5/night per vehicle
• The speed limit is 10 MPH.

10 individual, private bathrooms with shower/bathroom and vanity.

On site laundromat with 2 large commercial washer/dryer combos!

We love well-mannered pets!

• Up to 3 dogs are allowed per RV site.
• Pets MUST be kept on a leash while within our RV resort.
• Pets must NOT be left unattended OUTSIDE of your RV.
• Pets must NOT be left unattended INSIDE or
• OUTSIDE of tents, soft-sided RVs, or where they can cause noise disturbances.
• Pets are NOT allowed in any of our buildings, including shower and wash facilities.
• You MUST pick up after your pet, even in open fields.
• You must NOT walk your pets on our other guests’ sites.

We take our guests’ complaints seriously. As such, noisy and unruly pets will not be permitted to remain. No refund will be given if you are asked to leave. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to these rules.

If you feel that you and your pets can follow our pet policy, then we are excited to welcome you and your furry friends to Capitol Reef RV Resort and Glamping!

Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the purple dumpster located at the south of the Campground.
