Check-in

After 12 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival.

Check-out

Before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to
10 a.m. if staying an extra night.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before reservation date. Full refund will be issued. Failure to cancel will result in 50% of reservation fee for ENTIRE reservation.

We allow fires in designated firepits

• Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted.
• Do not put hot coals in garbage containers.
• Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.
• We reserve rite to suspend fires if local guidelines limit due to drought.

Children

Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.

Tables:

Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite.

RV Guests:

• Maximum 6 guests/site(adults + children)
• Large area outdoor rugs allowed on campsites. A small mat (24″ x 24″ maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs.
• Tents are not allowed on RV sites.
• If you would like to host a larger gathering, please reach out to us and we may be able to accommodate.

Vehicles:

• Limit 2 vehicles and and 1 dwelling unit (i.e. Travel Trailer, Motorhome, Fifth Wheel, or Campervan) per RV Site.
• Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s).
• There is no overflow parking available in our facility
• The speed limit is 10 MPH.

We love well-mannered pets!

• Pets are limited to 2 per site.
• Pets MUST be kept on a leash while within our RV park.
• Pets must NOT be left unattended OUTSIDE of your RV.
• Pets must NOT be left unattended INSIDE or
• OUTSIDE of tents, soft-sided RVs, or where they can cause noise disturbances.
• Pets are NOT allowed in any of our buildings, including shower and wash facilities.
• You MUST pick up after your pet, even in open fields.
• You must NOT walk your pets on our other guests’ sites.

We take our guests’ complaints seriously. As such, noisy and unruly pets will not be permitted to remain. No refund will be given if you are asked to leave. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to these rules.

If you feel that you and your pets can follow our pet policy, then we are excited to welcome you and your furry friends to Capitol Reef RV park!

Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the Campground.
